SHIPPING, DELIVERY & INSPECTION POLICY

I. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all provinces and cities nationwide.

2. Delivery Time

• Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours or as per the agreed contract timeline.
• For remote provinces, delivery time is estimated to be 3 - 5 days after order confirmation. However, delivery time may vary depending on product availability, weather conditions, and other factors.
• Delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is finalized with our consultants until the customer receives the product.
• In case of delivery delays beyond 10 days, customers have the right to cancel the order without any additional fees.

3. Delivery Method

Letitia.vn partners with Sapo Express for shipping services. Any issues occurring during transportation will be resolved by Letitia with the logistics provider.

• If the courier service fails to contact the customer (Sapo Express will attempt 2-3 times over 2-3 days) or the customer refuses to accept the package, the order will be returned to Letitia. In such cases, the customer will bear the cost of return and re-delivery.
• Customers are encouraged to check the package upon receipt in the presence of the delivery personnel to ensure the product is in perfect condition.
• For remote provinces: Delivery services will be used.
• For urban and suburban areas: Standard delivery services will be applied.

4. Responsibility of Logistics Providers in Document Handling

• Letitia.vn is responsible for providing accurate and complete documents related to the order to both logistics providers and recipients.
• All orders are securely packaged and sealed by Letitia.vn before shipment.
• The shipping company will only be responsible for delivering the package as is, with the attached shipping note containing:
  • Recipient details: Name, phone number, and address.
  • Product details: Item description.

To ensure transaction security, Letitia.vn will include an official sales invoice in the package (if applicable). After customer confirmation, an electronic invoice will be sent to the provided email.

The sales invoice serves as proof of purchase and helps in processing claims, determining the product’s market value, and ensuring legal circulation.

II. INSPECTION POLICY

Upon receipt, customers have the right to request package inspection before accepting delivery.

• If the delivered product does not match the order, customers can refuse the package without payment.
• If customers have already paid but received the wrong product, they can request a refund or an exchange for the correct item.
