1. PAYMENT METHODS
Currently, customers shopping on Letitia.vn (operated by CÔNG TY TNHH ĐẦU TƯ VÀ THƯƠNG MẠI LETITIA) can choose from two main payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer (Internet Banking: VietQR, etc.)
2. PAYMENT PROCESS
2.1 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Step 1: Add products to the cart.
Step 2: Review your cart.
Step 3: Enter order details.
Step 4: Select Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method.
Step 5: Wait for order confirmation, order preparation, and shipment from Letitia.vn.
Step 6: Receive and inspect the order.
Step 7: Pay the total order value to the delivery personnel.
2.2 Bank Transfer (Internet Banking)
Step 1: Add products to the cart.
Step 2: Review your cart.
Step 3: Enter order details.
Step 4: Select Bank Transfer as the payment method.
Step 5: Transfer the payment to the following bank account:
- Bank Name: Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank)
- Account Holder: CÔNG TY TNHH ĐẦU TƯ VÀ THƯƠNG MẠI LETITIA
- Account Number: 246889 – Transaction Office 2
Step 6: Include the following in the payment description: Order Code + Full Name + Phone Number (must match order information).
Step 7: Wait for payment confirmation from Letitia.vn.
Step 8: Order preparation and shipment from Letitia.vn.
Step 9: Receive and inspect the order.

GENERAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. Shipping Fee & Delivery Time
a. Shipping Fee for Online Orders
Shipping fees are calculated based on Letitia.vn's shipping policy (click here for details).
b. Delivery Time
- Once the order is confirmed via Website (https://quyencasau.com), Facebook, Zalo, or other official Letitia.vn channels, customers can expect to receive their order within 3 - 7 working days, depending on the delivery location.
- A Letitia.vn customer support representative will contact you as soon as possible to complete the necessary procedures.
- For customized or printed products, the production and delivery time may take longer. Letitia.vn will notify the customer about the exact delivery schedule.
2. Customer Rights: Order Inspection & Acceptance
To provide a seamless and convenient shopping experience, Letitia.vn offers customer-friendly policies, ensuring that:
- Customers can inspect their order before making payment.
- If the product is defective, dirty, or incorrect, customers can return it immediately to the delivery personnel without any additional charges.
- If the customer is not satisfied with the product, they can return it immediately, but must cover the shipping fee.
3. Returns & Exchanges for Prepaid Orders
- Customers who have already paid in advance and wish to file a complaint, request a return, or exchange a product due to Letitia.vn's fault can contact our hotline at 0877798999 for assistance.
- A customer support representative will guide you through the necessary steps for returns or exchanges.
Conditions for Exchanges
- Customers can request an exchange if the product does not fit properly when trying it on at home.
- Exchanges can be processed online or in-store at any Letitia.vn location.
- The returned product must:
- Remain in its original condition (including tags, labels, and packaging).
- Be unused and unwashed.
