I. INSPECTION POLICY

1. Scope of Application:

Applicable to all provinces and cities across the country.

2. Delivery and Receiving Time:

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours or according to the contractual schedule.
  • For customers in remote provinces, the estimated delivery time is 3 - 5 days after order confirmation. However, this may vary depending on product availability, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
  • The delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is successfully placed with the support team until the customer receives the package.

In case of delivery delays or if the product is not received within 10 days, customers have the right to cancel the order without incurring any fees.

3. Delivery Methods:

Letitia.vn partners with Sapo Express for shipping services. If any issues occur during transportation before the product reaches the customer, we will resolve them directly with the shipping provider.

  • If the courier attempts to contact the customer but is unsuccessful (Sapo Express will attempt to contact the customer 2-3 times over 2-3 days), or if the customer refuses to accept the package, leading to the return of the product to the store, all costs associated with return and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
  • Customers are advised to check the package with the delivery personnel to ensure the product is in good condition. This will also serve as proof in case of any product issues.
  • For customers in remote provinces: Delivery service will be used.
  • For customers in urban and suburban areas: Delivery service will be used.

Responsibilities of Merchants and Logistics Service Providers Regarding Shipping Documentation:

  • Letitia.vn is responsible for providing complete and accurate documentation related to the goods to the logistics service provider and the recipient.
  • All orders are pre-packaged and sealed by Letitia.vn before shipping.
  • The shipping provider (Sapo Express) is responsible for ensuring that the package remains intact and for providing the delivery receipt, which includes recipient details such as name, phone number, delivery address, and product description.
  • All parcels will display the recipient's details, including name, phone number, and address.
  • To ensure product authenticity and safety, Letitia.vn will include a valid sales receipt in the package (if applicable). Once the customer confirms receipt, an electronic invoice will be sent to the customer's email.
  • The sales receipt serves as a reference for complaint resolution, determining the market value of the goods, and ensuring lawful circulation.

II. INSPECTION POLICY

Upon receiving the package, customers have the right to request the delivery personnel to open the package for inspection.

  • If the delivered product does not match the ordered product, customers have the right to return the package without making any payment.
  • If the order has already been prepaid, but the wrong product was delivered, customers are entitled to a full refund or a replacement product as originally ordered.
