RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Letitia, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and high-quality shopping experience, ensuring that every product is safe and of top quality.
We offer timely support for customers with the following return & exchange policies:
1. Conditions for Exchange
Letitia accepts product exchanges within 3 days from the date of receipt under the following conditions:
♦ Exchange for a Different Product:
- Customers can exchange for a product of equal or higher value.
- If the new product is of lower value, the difference will not be refunded.
- Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
♦ Free Exchange in the Following Cases:
- Manufacturing defects (wrong item, incorrect quantity, etc.).
- Shipping errors caused by the delivery service.
- Product does not match the ordered model.
- Packaging damage such as torn packaging, peeling, or broken items upon delivery.
♦ Product Eligibility for Exchange:
- The product must still be within the 3-day exchange period from the date of receipt.
- For defective items, Letitia only accepts complaints within 12 hours of receiving the product and will arrange pickup within 24 hours.
- The product must be unused, with intact labels, tags, and receipts, and free from dirt, deformation, scratches, peeling, or breakage upon return to Letitia.
2. Scope of Application
- Discounted items or promotional products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If the product does not meet the return/exchange conditions, Letitia reserves the right to refuse the request. Customers are advised to read the policy carefully or consult Letitia’s customer service before making a request.
3. Exchange Process
- Notify Letitia about the exchange/return request via:

- Letitia Official Fanpage
- Securely package the product, hand it over to the shipping carrier, and sign the delivery receipt.
Once Letitia receives the returned product, we will inspect it and contact the customer as soon as possible to process the request.
If the product has been used and the defect is discovered later, please contact Letitia.vn for an inspection. If the issue is confirmed to be Letitia’s fault, we will still support an exchange.
